i’ve had a concept of nautical based witch floating around for a few week, and over break finally decided who she was. drawing those hats helped. the witch’s name is now marissa o’lien, who is the sister of clair o’lien, the merlin who works for epiphany (that kingdom i mentioned earlier) they grew up in a small port town. while clair is part of a story called two princess and a prince, marissa is the main charater of a different story, called village of water and ice, which is basically follows her as she travels around the world. (also, on the picture of the hats from earlier, marissa’s is the blue one with the skull, and clair’s is the black one with the green ribbon and flower)
