Ok, tonight i went to my baby brother’s 8th grade graduation and it was amazing!
They did something new this year called “Grad Jam” where a group or kids (my brother an his friends) worked on some songs to play throughout the ceremony, and i was seriously blown away by them.
I’ve watched so many of these kids grow up, and they are so talented and incredible.

One of the songs that my brother did was an instrumental (2 guitars and a bass) version of Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters”, and i broke down and cried when g tore into the solo. I hadn’t been expecting it, but it completely blew my mind.

I know you probably don’t care about my opinion, kiddo, but you did a tremendously great job tonight. I love you, and i’m so fucking proud of what you’ve accomplished.
